Booth at Fair –
($30 for 10x10, $45 for 10x15, $60 for 10x20)

A booth is a way for you to display your items to the many fair attendees.

Entertainment Headliner (Sponsor Chooses amount) 

The 2021 Sumner County Fair Headliner is STREETSIDE. Streetside is a vocal group that primarily performs doo-wop music from the 50’s & 60’s, and has expanded its repertoire over the years to include Country and southern rock songs.

The Sumner County Fair Association will have entertainment on Friday as well.  Suzie Yunker will be collaborating with local talent to put on lots of barrels of laughs for us.

Corn Hole Tournaments
(Lewis & Lisa Kuchar – Barnyard Corn hole, $100 or any other prizes that can be donated)

This year the fair association has planned two different times for this fun event.  The first “Barnyard cornhole,” will be on Friday from 1-4.  This will be geared mostly for youth exhibitors to participate in.  The second will be held Friday night from 8-11.  ALL Sumner County Jr. High- High School aged youth are invited to come up with teams and play.

Hamburger Feed and ice cream/watermelon feed for Exhibitors
($150 or less)

Thursday night we will have hamburgers and hot dogs for youth participating in the Sumner County Fair.

Facebook Prizes
(Donor chooses amount and prize)

Throughout the fair and year the fair board gives out prizes to encourage attendance and participation.  This year new events are being added:  a scavenger hunt and Geocaching.

Kids Day Activities
($50 Minimum)

Many activities are provided during Kid’s Day.  Among those are the petting zoo and Kiddie Tractor Pull.

Kiddie Pedal Tractor Pull
($50 & up)

Each year the Sumner County Fair Associations asks the Pedal Pull association to bring in the tractors for the youth to enjoy a pulling great time.

Glow Dance
($250)

A dance will be available for teens to have some fun at on Friday night of the fair.  This dance will include Glow items for the kids and a DJ to keep the kids having fun.

Carnival Rides and Inflatables (250 & up)

This year, due to circumstances beyond the county's control, the Sumner County Fair is going to be without a carnival again.  We will have carnival style rides/games on Saturday night of the fair.  If a donor is interested in having their business banner placed on a specific inflatable that will happen.

Livestock Awards
(Sponsor chooses amount)

This year the Sumner County Fair is trying new things with the awards.  Since there are multiple youth doing multiple species the fair board is trying to come up with new awards every year.  This year we are looking at duffle bags, chairs, and buckets.

Benefits:

  • Sponsor name given to the winners to be sent a Thank you
